Airrosti (Applied Integration for the Rapid Recovery of Soft Tissue Injuries) is a highly specific manual therapy treatment model for both acute & chronic musculoskeletal injuries.  In short, Airrosti has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to rehabilitate shoulder, back and other soft tissue injuries in a very short amount of time resulting in dramatically decreased costs, the avoidance of major surgeries as well as much quicker return to normal activity for patients.  Airrosti has an unprecedented reputation in the Olympic, professional, and amateur sports community and we invite you to explore some of the video and written testimonials from our patients.

An Outcome Based Treatment Model
Finding efficient and effective ways to manage your musculoskeletal injuries can be a challenge. With current low surgical success rates, unpredictable yet expensive imaging, and extended therapy visits, patients need provider relationships that deliver consistent and measurable results.  Airrosti’s highly specific hands-on diagnosis and treatment model addresses the anatomical portion of musculoskeletal injuries, which allows for a safer, quicker, and lasting recovery.

How It Works
Airrosti’s “Best Practices” treatment model is the key to our consistent outcomes and starts with a full hour of “one-on-one” quality time at every patient visit.  This time allows for a more accurate diagnosis of the connective tissue injury and the correction of any specific fascia restrictions that will inhibit the healing process.  Unlike muscles that have the ability to heal themselves in a short period, fascia is avascular and therefore cannot heal on its own.  When an acute or chronic injury occurs, the fascial tissue will remain distorted until resolved.  Airrosti Certified Providers specialize in identifying these problems, through standardized testing, and then correct these soft-tissue distortions with highly specific manual therapy and active rehab treatment.
