Tendonitis/Bursitis/Arthritis/Osteoarthritis
Tendons often become inflamed for a variety of reasons, and the action of pulling the muscle becomes irritating. If the normal, smooth gliding motion of the tendon is impaired, the tendon will become inflamed and movement will become painful. This is called tendonitis, and literally means inflammation of the tendon.

Bursitis is the inflammation of a bursa. Normally, the bursa provides a slippery surface that has almost no friction. A problem arises when a bursa becomes inflamed. The bursa loses its gliding capabilities, and becomes more and more irritated when it is moved.

Many Tendonitis/Bursitis Injuries are misdiagnosed and mistreated due to a poor understanding of what occurs to the tendon/bursa after it becomes injured or inflamed.  This leads to expensive diagnostics and imaging (X-Ray, MRI, etc.). Often these costly procedures do not change the course of treatment. Traditional treatment outcomes are inconsistent and often take several weeks to months to show noticeable improvements.  These treatments include but are not limited to:  Cortisone Shots, Surgery, Stretching, Strengthening, Ultrasound, Interferential, Heat, Ice, Activity Modification, Rest, NSAIDS and Pain Management.

Arthritis/Osteoarthritis, the "wear and tear" arthritis, is common, especially as one ages. Causes include aging joints, previous injuries, and obesity, among others. Symptoms of osteoarthritis include joint pain and stiffness. Osteoarthritis may affect any joint, including the hand, wrist, neck, back, knee, and hip.  Even individuals who have been diagnosed with severe arthritis can benefit immensely from Airrosti treatment. Often, the majority of their pain is coming from the surrounding soft tissue and how it affects overall joint mobility.

Traditional treatments include: NSAIDS and Analgesics; Pain Management; Diet Modification; Exercise and Stretching; Natural Supplements; Weight Loss Programs; Cortisone and/or Other Experimental Injections; Heat; Ice; Rest; etc.

Why Choose Airrosti for Tendonitis/Bursitis?
Airrosti consistently corrects the cause and pain associated with tendonitis and bursitis allowing individuals to return to their normal activity without suffering long term setbacks.

Each Airrosti visit will consist of ONE HOUR of 1-on-1 patient time.  This is a key component to evaluate the specific cause of your symptoms.   A more detailed evaluation leads to an accurate diagnosis followed by precise treatment to correct the underlying cause.  In nearly all cases, our treatment model allows for rapid recovery, complete resolution and lasting results.

Our commitment to each patient is to make an immediate impact on their injury (within 1-2 treatments) or refer them to the appropriate specialist.  Unlike traditional methods of treatment, you will never hear an AIRROSTI patient say, “I had several treatments and didn’t get any better.” Call us today for an appointment.
